Our Story

Ayurveda is a system of natural medicine which provides guidance and access to these tools. At Ayurveda NZ we understand the challenges of living in a modern society, and have been inspired to incorporate the principles of Ayurveda into daily life, as a way of maintaining health and wellbeing. Having studied Ayurvedic Medicine and spent much time in India, Sarita sees her role as being a translator of the ancient Ayurveda teachings into a language modern NZ society can understand, so all can experience the benefits of this profound healing system.

Sarita is the creator of the beautiful Sattva Botanicals range of organic Ayurvedic formulas,
all hand blended here in New Zealand.
