SATTVA Botanicals PITTA Spice Mix is an aromatic blend of organically grown spices suitable for Pitta constitution. Ancient Ayurvedic principles have been applied to create this combination of spices to promote gut health.

When used in accordance with your unique mind-body constitution (dosha), this Pitta pacifying spice blend supports healthy appetite and digestion. Bitter and cooling qualities of its ingredients are liver supporting and help to expel excess heat from the body. This mix is particularly beneficial during summer.

Ingredients: Fenugreek powder 0.92g / 1tsp, Bay leaf powder 0.22g / 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 1.7g / 1tsp, Jaggery powder 0.92g / 1tsp, Cardamom powder 0.92g / 1tsp, Cinnamon powder 0.28g / 1tsp

Dosage: Sprinkle 1 level metric teaspoon (5 grams) on food or add as desired to your cooking to season soups, vegetables, meat or fish dishes. Apply low heat to protect properties.
