Natasha Kotlarevsky is an experienced Ayurvedic therapist and a valued member of the Ayurveda NZ team for over five years.
Trained in Ayurvedic lifestyle, body treatments, and aromatherapy, Natasha brings a deeply intuitive and compassionate presence to her work.
For the past decade, she has also worked as a massage aromatherapist at Hospice, offering healing touch to patients and their caregivers. As the lead therapist on our Ayurveda Cleanse Retreats, Natasha plays a vital role in creating the nurturing environment that supports profound transformation for guests.
Her healing hands, combined with her calm and grounded energy, are often cited as one of the most memorable aspects of the retreat experience.
Natasha has worked as a massage therapist for 14 years and first delved into the world of holistic therapies with Ayurveda, completing the diploma of Ayurvedic lifestyle management in 2008 at Wellpark College, Auckland. She continued studying relaxation and therapeutic massage, receiving her therapeutic massage diploma in 2013. Extra experience in Ayurvedic massage was gained working at an Ayurvedic clinic in Auckland followed by further four years as a therapist at the luxury Spa at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland.
