Escape for the day and immerse yourself in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Learn about its history, philosophy, basic principles, and daily rituals. The program will include a traditional Hatha Yoga class, morning tea and lunch with
nourishing ayurvedic food, an introduction to Ayurveda talk, a workshop with demonstrations of ayurvedic cleansing techniques and a relaxing Yoga Nidra session.

Each participant will receive an ayurvedic treatment called Shiro Abhyanga while listening to the educational talks sitting on a conformable massage chair. Shiro Abhyanga involves massaging the scalp, neck, and shoulders with warm medicated herbal oils. Based on a preliminary questionnaire and a physical assessment we will determine your
