Shirodara is one of Ayurveda’s unique rejuvenation treatments. It is often referred to an experience of timelessness and its effects are indescribable. This is a 60 minute session, or you can add Abhyanga Massage for a 90 minute session.

Warm oil is gently poured in the centre of the forehead (location of the third eye) in a rhythmic, steady stream. The pressure created meticulously on the third eye point rejuvenates the pineal glad and as a result increases the efficiency of the brain. The treatment begins with a traditional Indian head massage to sensitise the nerve endings on the skull. Shirodhara is a blissful therapy beneficial for sleep disorders, stress relief, headaches, depression and anxiety.

Your massage will begin with a Shirodara Abhyanga head, neck and face massage.
