Marma Therapy is a subtle 1 hour energy restoring treatment utilising traditional essential oils to restore balance through vital energy points. The sense of touch is used as a therapeutic tool to gently massage these Marma points. A particular essential oil will be selected by your Ayurvedic Practitioner according to the individual's constitution (dosha).
Marma points are delicate junction points between our physical body and our consciousness.
Based on pulse diagnosis specific Marma points will be stimulated or pacified. Marma therapy facilitates a deep relaxation, has a calming effect on the mind and nervous system and helps to promote good sleep.
