SOMM (School of Modern Meditation), 1/1 Howe Street, Auckland, Auckland 1010
The 'Ayurveda & Women’s Health' workshop is designed for all age groups and offers natural solutions through Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, herbal medicine and cleansing procedures to address common symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
If you are experiencing PMS, mood swings, headaches, indigestion, sleeping problem, anxiety, lack of energy or skin problems, and would like to find your balance and wellbeing through Ayurvedic medicine, this workshop will be for you. We will discuss how the lunar cycle is linked to your menstrual cycle and how your dosha (body-mind constitution) determines your suitable daily routine. We will also look at Ayurvedic solutions to address peri-menopausal symptoms.
Ayurveda, the ancient healing system from India offers a holistic approach that helps through diet, lifestyle, herbal medicine and Yoga therapy to regain balance, energy, and quality of life. Living in harmony with your nature makes you healthier, happier and symptom-free.
We will offer a nourishing dinner prepared with love, following the Ayurvedic principles of the Winter season. All recipes will be shared so you can cook them at home. Ayurvedic herbal medicine and spices are available for sale.
